FleetForce's training requirements are based on employer requirements for entry-level drivers and on the requirements of the State or technical school where we train. We've listed below everything you will need to start your new career today!
Who is the perfect candidate?
Possess a Valid Driver's License
Applicants must possess a current, valid driver's license in order to be considered.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report
Applicants must have an acceptable motor vehicle report (driving record.)
Pass a Physical & Drug Screening
Must be able to pass the Department of Transportation physical and drug screening.
Why are these the requirements?
In order to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in Florida, the operator must possess a commercial driver’s license (CDL). There are many different classes of CDLs and various endorsements that are required for certain cargo. Each license permits the operation of a certain size or type of vehicle and comes with different requirements.
